Nestled in the quiet countryside between Georgetown and Austin, TX lies Gateway College Preparatory School, a leading charter school quickly gaining attention around the nation for their rapid growth, embracement of modern technologies and their extremely high standards. Basing everything around a 'Citizen, Scholar, Athlete' motto, they strive to create the well-rounded student and best prepare them for both higher education and the world ahead.
When it came time to launch their capital campaign to expand their flagship campus they called Mint Studios. Branded the 'Gateway Legacy' campaign, we worked closely with the leadership to create an effective and modern campaign to meet their needs and delivered them an independent brand new website to house info, print materials, video materials and more.

When it came to the video elements for the campaign, we wanted to take a personal and honest approach and not only tell the 'big picture' vision but also the on-the-ground stories through the student's eyes as, after all, they are the reason the school exists! After meeting with leadership, they were behind the idea and the design and production of the Gateway Legacy campaign began.
We decided to launch a new series entitled 'Student Stories' that focused on the personal lives of selected students, following their ups and downs and how the school intertwined throughout the process. Stories ranged from an all star athlete suffering a life altering knee injury and through the process discovering his love of robotics to a bullied young girl who transfers in and discover a new family through the dance team.
